The Authority issued a Request for Proposals for a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) for the purchase by the College of electricity generated by a photovoltaic solar energy project that will be designed, permitted, acquired, constructed, installed, operated and maintained at the College campus in West Windsor, New Jersey.

SunLight General Capital and Power Partners MasTec were the successful bidders on the project. All costs and expenses involved with developing the project shall be borne by SunLight. The College will purchase electricity from Sunlight that will result in a substantial savings to the College.
