Mountain View ClubHouse

In conjunction with the Mercer County Park Commission, the Authority managed the design and construction of a new 9,000 square foot clubhouse that includes a pro shop, lockers for men and women, a full service kitchen and banquet facility that can accommodate up to 120 people, an outdoor seating area, bar and cart storage area. The project cost for the new facility was $3.8 million. The Authority provided construction management services and coordinated the activities of all contractors in completing the work within the project schedule. The project was honored by Golf Inc. as the "Daily Fee Clubhouse of the Year" for 2008.
