The Mercer County Improvement Authority bid package is available beginning Monday, November 3, 2025, and can be obtained by uploading the specifications, addendums and forms through the Authority’s procurement platform BIDNET. 

 

Prospective bidders are required to register on BIDNET to access bid documents at no charge.
