The Mercer County Improvement Authority bid package is available to Prequalified Bidders beginning Monday, October 6, 2025, and can be obtained by uploading the bid through the Authority’s procurement platform BIDNET. 

• Site Visit: A non-mandatory walk-through for prospective bidders will be held onsite 429-431 South Broad Street, Trenton, NJ at 10:00 a.m. Prevailing time on Monday, October 15, 2025. All prospective bidders are encouraged but not required to visit the project site.

•  Questions:  Prospective bidders shall submit questions in writing through BIDNET before 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 17, 2025.
